Residential house with chicken coop

Challenge

The customer wanted to integrate an automation system with visualisation into their existing chicken house automation system and merge these with each other without having to replace all the existing control cabinets.

having to be replaced. He also wanted a professional weather station with weather data and a photovoltaic surplus control system.

Solution

We have installed a Loxone Miniserver. We controlled the various control inputs of the existing control system with relays and contactors via the switching contacts and 1-10V.

With a Warioweather weather station via Modbus TCP and integration of the existing inverters with Modbus, we were able to fulfil the customer's wishes.

He now has a simple and clear visualisation with a data logger in which he can change various settings himself. We realised the area measurement with an EMU Modbus meter so that the logger evaluation also makes sense.

With a Modbus climate sensor, we were finally able to create the climate monitoring in the henhouse with visualisation.

This means that nothing now stands in the way of the 2nd stage of the cowshed. We will then connect this to the first one with a second Miniserver via the network. Update to follow.

Simple operation and handling for the operator. Integrate existing controls as easily as possible.
