In this villa, the architect has reinterpreted the cultural heritage of Catalonia and created something wonderful in collaboration with Loxone. With different applications such as heating, cooling, lighting, shutters, water and electricity working together instead of against each other, the Loxone Smart Home enables energy savings, security and the greatest possible comfort. Above all, remote monitoring was particularly important for the residents.

When you enter the rooms, the right lighting scene is activated automatically - and goes out again when you leave. The outdoor lighting switches itself on at dusk. The shading also moves up and down depending on the sunlight and warms or cools the rooms in interaction with the heating, cooling and ventilation. Another highlight is the pool, which is cleaned automatically: The water quality is optimally controlled by the filter system. Among other things, the owner wants to be able to keep an eye on energy and water consumption at all times, even from a distance.
