Smart Home Ramatuelle

Equipping a prestigious 250 m² property in Ramatuelle, intended for premium short-term rentals, with a high-end home automation system offering an exceptional user experience. The project also included a separate studio requiring independent management while remaining integrated with the main system. The challenge was to create an installation that was both luxurious and intuitive, allowing occasional tenants to fully enjoy the amenities without prior training. It was also essential to guarantee optimal energy management and enhanced security for this high-end property in a desirable location.

We designed a complete Loxone installation integrating energy-efficient 24V LED lighting throughout the property, offering personalized ambiance and energy efficiency. The system intelligently controls the roller shutters, underfloor heating and cooling, and air conditioning to maintain optimal comfort in all seasons. Multi-room audio provides ambient sound in every living space, while the security system and access control secure the main house and the independent studio with separate management options. The swimming pool and pool house benefit from complete automation, including filtration, heating, and ambient lighting. A connected Wallbox enables smart charging of electric vehicles with optimized energy consumption. Pre-programmed scenarios facilitate guest arrivals and departures, with automatic management of all equipment.
