VILLA ATRIUM BUBENEČ

Development project of above-standard apartments in Prague Bubenč. The developer has decided to provide clients with maximum comfort in the use of apartments and control of their technologies using a smart system already in the basic equipment. The assignment was to unify and replace diverse controls with one comprehensive user-friendly system. Shielding, cooling, underfloor heating, lighting, security, including control of AV technology. The project eventually won the "BEST OF REALTY" award

Each apartment was equipped with a comprehensive solution from the manufacturer Loxone. The air conditioning units are connected via the RS-485 interface. Floor heating and window convectors are controlled by thermostatic heads. The lighting combines normal light switching, via DMX to DALI lights. The motorized front window blinds are controlled and their movement optimized by the roof weather station. AV technology, EZS and awnings from other manufacturers are also integrated in selected apartments. Control has been individualized according to customer wishes, from Loxone Touch to third-party buttons, into which Loxone sensors have been hidden. Users in frequented places such as corridors, but also bathrooms, toilets, cameras and technical rooms use Loxone motion sensors
