UTA LAUEsport

The objective of the project was to achieve a comprehensive, efficient and completely automated management of the ventilation and climate of the gym, guaranteeing at all times optimal conditions of comfort and air quality.

In fact, it is going to integrate an enthalpic UTA with a rotating recuperator, capable of profiting from the energy of the extract air to reduce the energy demand of the installation and improve the overall efficiency.

The complete programming and integration of the UTA is complete, centralizing all the management of the automation system.

The system automatically controls the operation of the machine according to the schedules, instructions and real needs of the installation, managing the different elements of the AHU and the rotating enthalpic recuperator to obtain the maximum performance with the minimum energy consumption.

In addition, a complete monitoring and alarm system has been implemented that allows any incident to be detected immediately. Notifications can be accessed directly by email or via the app, facilitating a quick response by maintenance staff.
