Challenge

The objective of this complete automation project was to carry out the centralized control of all the installations for the management of the spa remotely to improve energy efficiency, savings and comfort.

Solution

The spa, attached to the hotel, is a building that works fully automatically without the need for service personnel. It works according to customer reservations. The climate is activated a few hours before to be at the ideal temperature, the lights are turned on as soon as the client arrives through presence detection, the Balinese beds and heated loungers are activated 30 minutes before arrival, the sauna is activated 2 hours to generate steam and the Jacuzzi is activated instantly upon arrival of the client.



When the client accesses the spa with the Hotel card holder, the doors and lights open and the music is activated. At the reception, informative environmental screens light up. When the client leaves, the spa automatically closes itself, turning off all the climate, lighting, audio and all interior equipment.

Since we learned about the Loxone system, we have implemented it in various business units. The truth that it gives us a control and energy efficiency system, which substantially compensates the cost of acquisition.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> Specifically on this occasion, it is a spa in a building attached to our hotel. At all times, when we do not have service personnel, we can control all the lighting, as well as programming, temperature control, lighting, background music, etc.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> Until linking it to the closed circuit cameras so that it warns us if there is movement!<br /><br /> <br /><br /> The truth that satisfies all our need.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> In the future, we will always prioritize the automation control of our facilities for all the advantages it gives us.
