Design an innovative access management system enabling remote control of an entrance door and monitoring of a parcel delivery hatch. The client wanted flexible access management for visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel, while maintaining complete control over home security. The main challenge was creating a fully customized solution that facilitated package delivery in the homeowner's absence, while ensuring real-time monitoring of the door and hatch status. It was also essential to offer multiple access modes to adapt to different usage scenarios, with complete event tracking.

We have developed a complete Loxone solution integrating the Loxone Intercom for remote video communication and control of the front door from anywhere. The NFC Touch system allows authorized personnel to easily access the door via badge or personalized code, with logging of all accesses. The smart parcel hatch, controlled by the same system, can be opened remotely, allowing delivery drivers to safely drop off packages even when the homeowner is not present. A dedicated CCTV camera continuously monitors the hatch, and each opening automatically triggers a notification with a live video feed directly to the Loxone app. Position sensors monitor the status of the door and hatch, sending instant alerts in case of any anomalies. The entire system is managed via the Loxone app, providing complete control and peace of mind, whether the homeowner is at home or on the other side of the world.
