Challenge
The goal of this project is to design and implement an office space management system using Loxone. The task is to create a functional solution that enables automatic control of lighting, heating, cooling and shading depending on current conditions such as the presence of people, time of day or light intensity.
Another goal is to ensure simple and clear user control, for example via a mobile app or wall-mounted controllers. The system should also help reduce energy consumption and increase the comfort of office users.
The assignment also includes the design of basic security and the creation of documentation describing the function and wiring of the entire system.

Solution
The project solution was implemented using the Loxone Miniserver system, which provides central control of all technologies in the office space. Lights, temperature sensors, motion sensors and control elements for heating and shading were connected to the system.
Lighting is now controlled automatically based on the presence of people in the room. When entering the office, the lights turn on, and after leaving, they turn off with a time delay. The light intensity adapts to daylight, resulting in energy savings.
Heating is regulated according to pre-set temperature modes and working hours. When people are absent, the temperature automatically decreases, contributing to more efficient energy use. The blinds are controlled automatically according to the intensity of sunlight and help maintain a pleasant climate in the rooms.
The system allows users to control it via a mobile app as well as wall-mounted buttons. The implementation also includes basic security using motion sensors that alert to unauthorized movement in the space.
The entire solution has been successfully put into operation and meets the requirements for comfort, energy savings and the security of the office space.
