Challenge
"A meeting place for generations and friends - cosy, lively and full of stories". This is how the owners describe the Tradition Julen Hotel. In a hotel, many parameters have to be kept in mind. The chlorine levels of the pool, the feel-good temperatures in the rooms and their occupancy, the perfect ambient lighting in the restaurant and the opening state of countless doors and windows are just a few examples.
Solution
A special highlight is the connection of the Protel hotel management system to the building control system. If a room is not occupied according to the booking system, for example, the temperature is automatically lowered and only raised again as soon as a new guest is expected. Another rare highlight is the "housekeeping mode", which makes the cleaning team's work much easier.
The following applies to environmental management: only what can be measured can be monitored and thus improved. Thanks to the new technical possibilities, we now have a multitude of new parameters at our disposal, which we can incorporate into our strategic and operational decisions.
