The Shore

Ten villas with 125 apartments are being built for "The Shore" on a 16,877 m² plot of land in Vienna. This location is the only area available for owner-occupied construction projects on the Danube. There are private beaches and bathing jetties, boat moorings, sports and wellness facilities and an exclusive concierge service. Thanks to the Loxone automation solutions, the building knows what needs to be done and therefore relieves the residents of many daily tasks.

Each apartment is equipped with the Loxone system as standard. In the "standard package", it's possible to easily and intelligently control lighting, shading, heating and air conditioning. Thanks to integration with the smart blinds, the apartments have the perfect temperature, which is also monitored via the temperature sensor in the Loxone Touch switches.

A great focus is placed on the security of the buildings, so an access management package was also installed by Loxone. Encrypted access to the residential building and the apartments is possible via an NFC Key Fob and through a smartphone.



Depending on the residents' needs, additional Loxone functions can also be offered as part of an extension package.
