Especially the ecological thought around the topic of energy saving can be perfectly combined with the intentions of intelligent home and building automation. The KSE headquarters was therefore completely automated with Loxone and designed to be as energy efficient as possible.

Access to certain offices is controlled via NFC Code Touch, so only authorized people have access. The intelligent room control in the offices ensures a balanced temperature and the automatic shading helps with the optimal setting of the blinds, which is based, for example, on the position of the sun or the current wind situation. Of course, the lighting control also runs automatically, so, among other things, the lighting in the office is switched off centrally by the "leave room" mode.



The audio server can be integrated almost invisibly in the intelligent building and so some functions were implemented with it: Alarm system, doorbell, individual announcements in the office and more.I n addition, at 12:30 p.m., the new KSE corporate headquarters sets an impulse that initializes the start of the lunch break and the music mood is changed as a result. At 1 p.m., the miniserver reveals the end of the lunch break by another pulse.



The right lighting is therefore all the more important and can thus promote the performance and motivation of KSE employees to the right extent. With the RGBW 24V dimmer, the lighting in the building can be optimally controlled, creating unique lighting moods.



The security of the company headquarters is of great importance to those in charge. Thanks to the intelligent Loxone equipment, the office building can independently monitor whether someone is gaining unauthorized access and sounds the alarm in case of emergency.
