Challenge
The first challenge was clearing the ceilings. Without LOXONE's bus technology, the wiring would not have been possible.
Further requirements and wishes could then be easily implemented, and even structural specifications were met without additional control systems.

Solution
Blinds, heating, and ventilation could be connected directly via a bus system, saving a significant amount of cabling.
The heating, ventilation, and air conditioning control now operates simply and automatically.
The lighting switches on automatically: as soon as a floor is occupied, the hallway is illuminated; as soon as the building is occupied, the stairwell is illuminated.
With a power supply and backup, the control system and hallway lighting are ensured even during a power outage.

The installations were simplified through the use of LOXONE, and additional requirements could be easily integrated.<br /> <br /> The smoke damper control was integrated, and a disabled toilet was automated with an automatic door and presence detection.<br /> <br /> In the workshop, emergency buttons lock the machines in case of an alarm and allow them to be unlocked again via NFC touch.<br /> <br /> In the classrooms, an emergency announcement can be made over the loudspeakers, and the break bell can be activated.<br /> <br /> The heat pump automatically switches between heating and cooling according to the room requirements.<br /> <br /> We were able to integrate all of this additionally and easily.
