Smart medical practice in Klagenfurt

A new building in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee is initially to be used as an intelligently automated medical practice before it is reconfigured into a retirement home after the owners retire.

The existing PV system including storage is integrated into the Loxone home and building automation and is intelligently controlled in order to consume the maximum of the energy produced. Heat pumps (via Modbus TCP), immersion heaters and underfloor heating using actuators are also integrated into the Loxone system in order to always heat at the desired temperature in an energy-saving manner or - via the ventilation system that is also integrated - to cool. In the entrance area of the doctor's office there is an intercom in connection with the NFC Code Touch. The Loxone LED spots, together with LED strips and the installed presence detectors, ensure needs-based lighting in the desired colors. For manual intervention, the elegant Touch Pure is used in every room. The In-Ceiling 7 speakers are integrated via the Loxone audio server and ensure the right sound.
