Smart Office "AquaTrade"

The AquaTrade Smart Office project involved designing and integrating an intelligent system across a 1,000 m² office featuring open-space areas, private offices, meeting rooms, and shared zones.



The main goal: optimize energy use, enhance comfort, and simplify operations through full automation.



AquaTrade aimed to build a smart ecosystem that adapts to user behavior and environmental conditions — increasing comfort while reducing operational costs.

IT Advice designed a custom Smart Office system connecting lighting, HVAC, shading, and access control into one intelligent network.



Smart Sensors — Motion and light sensors automate lighting and climate based on presence and daylight, using energy only when needed.



Lighting Automation — Dynamic lighting scenarios adjust intensity automatically for comfort and efficiency.



Climate & Ventilation Control — HVAC and ventilation systems maintain optimal comfort by monitoring temperature, CO₂, and occupancy.



Access & Security — Smart access control enables secure, logged entry and remote management via a central platform.



Smart Shading — Motorized blinds adjust automatically to daylight and temperature, improving comfort and reducing cooling demand.



Centralized Management — All systems are integrated into one interface, accessible via desktop or mobile, with automated routines for seamless operation.
