The challenge of the project was to design an intelligent family home that would not only be technologically advanced, but above all practical, intuitive, and sustainable in the long term. The objective was to integrate all home technologies—lighting, heating, cooling, shading, access systems, and energy management—into a single coherent system that operates automatically and without unnecessary user intervention.



At the same time, it was essential to maintain a minimalist interior design, reduce the number of conventional control elements, and prepare the house for future extensions such as photovoltaics, a wallbox, a swimming pool, or garden technologies. Another key challenge was the coordination of individual trades to ensure that the resulting system operates reliably from day one while still offering flexibility for future modifications without the need for interventions in the finished building.

The solution was to design and implement a comprehensive Loxone system that connects all home technologies into a single intelligent and clearly structured whole. We placed strong emphasis on automation based on presence detection, time of day, and current conditions, ensuring that the house operates naturally and without the need for manual intervention.



As the client is technically proficient and has an active interest in understanding the system in depth, the design was conceived from the outset to be transparent, logically structured, and prepared for independent modifications in the future. This allows the client to study the configuration, optimize individual functions, and implement minor changes according to their own needs without compromising the stability of the overall system.
