Challenge
The owners of this 205m² new build wanted to benefit from the advantages of intelligent home and building automation. So the detached house in Wolfenbüttel was equipped with Loxone.
Solution
Lighting, shading, heating, access and the security system are intelligently controlled with Loxone. Thanks to installed presence detectors, the lighting is activated exactly where someone is present. The predefined lighting scenes can be changed simply and easily using the touch controls. New lighting scenes can be added at any time in the Loxone app, allowing the perfect atmosphere to be created for any occasion.
The large windows are a real eye-catcher in the new building. The automatic shading offers an enormous advantage here, providing sun protection and privacy as well as optimum energy efficiency. The shading depends on the position of the sun and prevents the rooms from overheating in summer, while in winter the natural warmth is used for heating.
Temperature and humidity are measured to optimise the indoor climate in the living spaces. This data is transmitted to the Miniserver, which regulates the heating accordingly.
