EFH Loxone

The single-family home was built in an open design with numerous windows. Intelligent home and building automation was planned for the new building. The client was convinced of the advantages of Loxone, which is why this solution was chosen.

Lighting, shading, heating, cooling and the access system are now controlled with Loxone.



Automatic shading is perfect for the many windows in the house. In summer, this protects the rooms from overheating and in winter, however, sunlight is used as a natural source of heat.



The intelligent lighting creates a feel-good atmosphere throughout the entire house. Different lighting moods can be set in the Loxone app to create the right atmosphere for every occasion. These can be changed with just one click on the attached Touch Tree or easily via the Loxone app. With gently dimmed light, the intelligent lighting is also ideal as a night light.



The Touch Nightlight Air and the Touch & Grill Air function as a mobile Touch. The residents can also use it to control lighting and shading if necessary.
