Solution
The house is equipped with a LOXONE system that seamlessly integrates comfort, security, and entertainment. Multiroom audio is controlled via a central audio server, while lighting and DALI systems operate automatically and adapt to daylight and usage.
The system monitors doors, alarms, and security functions and reacts independently when necessary, for example by switching devices on or off. Ventilation and heating systems can also be integrated, allowing climate, air quality, and energy consumption to be optimally controlled.
The result is an intelligent smart home that makes everyday life easier for residents and automatically ensures comfort, security, and efficient use.
