Smart Home in Greater Poland

The client wanted a stable and reliable building automation system in his home. An important aspect was to ensure that the cat's blinds could be raised at certain times and days. The client wanted to ensure maximum privacy when using automation solutions.

The automation system from Loxone controls all devices that are in this smart home.

At home, an algorithm for moving the cat's blinds has been applied. In the early morning hours, when the bedroom window is opened, the reed switch transmits the information to the Miniserver. The latter orders the blinds to rise 30 cm above the window sill. This only happens on certain days, at certain times and days.

The project also implemented the so-called privacy zones. To keep the customer private in the bathroom, the slats of the blinds will be in a vertical position after entering the room. After leaving the room, and therefore without presence, the slats of the blinds return to the automatic mode or to the horizontal position.

The house has two heating systems: water and infrared technology. Both systems are coordinated and controlled by the Loxone system. It is responsible for temperature, air and floor temperature sensors. IR mats are used on the mezzanine. Added to this is the control of recuperation, equipped with 12 dampers, duct sensors for air, cigarette smoke and many other devices.

Loxone automation is also used to control lighting, audio system, WiFi, and even with mosquito nets and blackout blinds.
