Custom home automation

For the clients it was essential to obtain the greatest energy efficiency possible for their new house under construction but also to have automatic systems capable of guaranteeing maximum comfort. Everything had to be managed with a simple and intuitive control that could be expanded in the future.

After an initial introductory meeting and a couple of in-depth studies on which systems and systems to initially develop and which ones to prepare, we set up the initial project and began work with the workers involved in the construction site.



The result is an exceptional integration of all the systems and facilities present within the property. From the energy part of consumption control with the management of the photovoltaic system up to the regulation of the temperature and ventilation of all environments, from lighting with all its scenarios suited to the needs of the occupants (large and small) to shading , from external access control to the security part with particular regard to the external alarm and video surveillance system as well as the control of any water leaks, concluding with the multimedia audio distribution part, integrated with the various communication messages and signaling, up to the management of video over IP signals for all the planned zones coming from the "hidden" sources inside the rack in the technical room.
