Challenge
This church, built in the neo-Romanesque style, adorns the semi-detached house of Šaratica and falls under the local Roman Catholic parish. In 2020, it was decided to start a complete new electrical installation. The parish wanted to connect the existing system of bells to the new system, to heat the pews, to light and secure the area. All with an emphasis on simple operation.
Solution
EL DAMA managed the entire Loxone installation. The lights and heating in the benches can be controlled with the buttons on the switchboard, which are assigned to the given circuits. The bells have a set time schedule, according to which they ring themselves, but they can also be turned on manually in the Loxone application. There is a tablet in the sacristy for easy control of the entire system. Automatic charging of the tablet is timed to save battery life. In addition, Loxone also controls sockets intended for Christmas decorations.
When the church is guarded by the EMS (electronic security signalling) system, all lights and controlled sockets are turned off - apart from the eternal light and lights necessary for safe exit from the church. These lights are turned off automatically after the end of the EMS exit delay. When you arrive at the church, the EMS arrival delay starts, during which the designated lights and sockets are activated.
