Challenge
In this project, the entire building was controlled via a central system. The result is a holistic automation concept that simplifies everyday life, increases comfort, and at the same time uses energy efficiently.
Solution
The project was designed entirely in LOXONE Planner. Among other things, a Miniserver and Audio Server, an NFC Code Touch, an intercom, RGBW lighting, Nano IO components, Touch Pure Tree, presence detectors, a relay extension, and the necessary power supplies were used.
All programming was carried out in LOXONE Config. The individual intercom access logic presented a particular challenge: when a floor is selected from the street, only those persons who are clearly assigned to that floor are contacted—for maximum security and clear communication.

LOXONE was chosen for the quality of its well-designed, robust equipment, all manufactured in Europe, which requires no maintenance. The software is free, requires no license, and customer information is NOT stored in the cloud. Furthermore, we can continue expanding the installations with the same miniserver as the years go by. LOXONE guarantees that the miniserver will continue to receive updates for up to 25 years and will continue to recognize the equipment.
