Challenge
Due to the large number of windows with shading units in this project, the challenge was to control them efficiently and fully automatically. Furthermore, the number of switches would have been impossible to handle with a conventional installation.
Solution
The blinds and awnings are controlled by the Miniserver and the Weather Station - with protection functionality in the event of storms or hail.
Air conditioning and floor cooling through the heat pump in conjunction with the automatic shading ensure ideal temperatures in each of the rooms zonally.
Another reason for using Loxone is the possibility of having less quantity o switches. Which links to switching lights automatically via the motion detectors. Power consumption of heating, the pool and house is visualized and controlled with the Energy Manager.
