Challenge
The apartment was fully modernized and migrated from another smart home system to Loxone. The primary goal was precise control of temperature, humidity, and CO₂ levels, since the high-floor windows can not be opened. A key requirement was to implement a highly stable and reliable system with maximum protection against power surges, ensuring the safe and uninterrupted operation of all building systems.
Solution
The apartment was rebuilt around the Loxone system, replacing the previous smart home solution with a stable, fully integrated architecture. Using the Loxone Miniserver as the core, all climate-related systems were combined into a single, logic-driven environment. Temperature, humidity, and CO₂ levels are continuously monitored by Loxone sensors and automatically regulated through coordinated control of heating, ventilation, and air exchange, ensuring a healthy indoor climate even without opening the windows.
