Challenge
The challenge was to automate this apartment for all the functions of everyday life and to optimize its energy efficiency, while remaining on a reasonable renovation budget.
Solution
The Miniserver at the heart of this installation has been exploited to its maximum capacity: all I/O is used to obtain all the expected functionalities. A Touch Flex in the center of the apartment allows you to regain control of automatic functions

- Intelligent heating management room by room (inside T°C, outside T°C, presence, opening, planning)
- Automatic shading (thermal contribution, security, planning)
- Automatic and circadian lighting in main rooms (to compensate for a ground floor with less natural light)
- Color ambient lighting in the living room
- Monitoring and energy load shedding (electric radiators, and ECS)
- Management of domestic hot water (T°C planning and monitoring, alert)
- Ventilation automation depending on humidity and presence
- Door and window intrusion security
