Small frame house

The client's goal was to create a comfortable and economical home in which the technologies used would work together.

The building was fully lit with 24V dimmable lighting. Loxone Tree Spots and Minalox bulbs were used for this purpose. An interesting functionality is to maintain the lighting supply from batteries - it is powered by Power Supply & Backup.

Thanks to excellent thermal insulation, the investor decided to use surface heating with electric mats. The Loxone Miniserver is responsible for their control and protection against overheating; control data is collected by Loxone Touch buttons and 1-wire sensors embedded in the spout.

A Hevalex heat pump was used to heat domestic hot water. The facility is equipped with photovoltaic panels with a Sungrow inverter.

Thanks to the integration of the above-mentioned devices, when energy production exceeds consumption, overheating is activated and the excess energy is stored in the hot water tank. A number of electricity meters were used for energy management.

The Wanas recuperator is responsible for fresh air in the ventilation system - of course controlled by the Loxone system.
