For Steuerberatung Schüren, it was important that as much as possible could be controlled automatically in the individual rooms, with constant light control, and the individual room temperature control for heating and cooling to be implemented in connection with the presence. As well as access in connection with an alarm function.

In each room, constant light control with Dali work area lights and RGBW LED strips installed indirectly in the acoustic panels is implemented via the presence detectors in the work areas. The RGBW LED strips also ensure a depth perception of the rooms visible from the outside at night.

On the one hand, the outdoor lighting is controlled by a timer,

but is also based on sunrise and twilight – as is the billboard.



If the first employee opens the main entrance door or underground car park door using an NFC code touch or NFC key fob in the morning, the alarm system is also deactivated. When the alarm system is activated, central functions reset the room temperature to predefined standard values and deactivate all air conditioning units.
