Challenge
Loxone manages the MaR (measurement and regulation) system of Rezidence Oskark. It also controls entrance doors, garage doors or barriers or light signalling in garages. It also controls cameras, heating cables in the background (which ensure that the pipes do not freeze), and monitors fire dampers, flood pits and even electric car charging control. The building as a whole is taken care of, which is beneficial to the residents as well.
Solution
Every resident will be able to set up their smart apartment using the Loxone application. It will enable him to regulate, for example, the underfloor heating, which he will put into energy-saving mode before going on holiday. At the same time, it can easily find the current consumption of heat or hot and cold water in the mobile phone. The phone becomes an interactive control center for the entire household. It also connects to the doorman's audio/video for easy communication with visitors. However, the resident does not have to be at home to speak with the visitor. He will connect with her from anywhere, whether he went shopping at a nearby store or flew to Bali on vacation.
We see the added value of living with Loxone in several aspects. First, in terms of comfort for future residents, the use of the apartment will be more user-friendly and pleasant for them. Another thing is saving. Thanks to various setting options and remote control, you can save on energy. For example, by measuring, it is possible to evaluate how the property is doing with consumption and thus with heat expenditure. Last but not least, SVJ, the administrator who will take care of the house, will also find it easier to work.
