Full LOXONE Residence

The aim of this project was to centralise and automate all the equipment in a smart home, by integrating a comprehensive home automation management system. The aim was to guarantee maximum comfort, optimised management of resources and a fluid, intuitive user experience.



One of the main challenges was to ensure consistent, synchronised management of multiple systems, while offering occupants a simple, intuitive interface for controlling their environment on a daily basis. The house had to be able to manage its energy consumption, optimise its equipment according to needs and guarantee a high level of safety and comfort.

Thanks to Loxone, every aspect of the house has been fully automated, guaranteeing intelligent, optimised control:



- RGBW interior and exterior lighting for mood management and dynamic lighting scenarios.



- Shutter management, including shutters, blinds and gates, for thermal comfort and enhanced security.



- Heating control for automatic adjustment to occupant needs.



- Intelligent security system, including intruder, fire and water leak alarms.



- Multiroom audio, offering personalised sound distribution according to the spaces and scenarios programmed.



- Energy monitoring and metering, optimising electricity consumption and enabling intelligent load shedding.



- Secure access control, with gate management and video door entry for simplified, protected access.



- Management of a charging point for electric vehicles, integrated into the overall energy monitoring system.



- Complete supervision of the swimming pool, including filtration and temperature control.
