Reconstruction of a family house

The family house from 1935 was undergoing reconstruction - replacement of the roof, insulation, replacement of windows. The renovation also included a heating system, installation of photovoltaics, and an electric car charging station.

The Loxone system was chosen for reasons of universality and the possibility of almost unlimited expansion. In the first phase, the heating system was implemented, followed by lighting, audio, photovoltaics. A big advantage was the combination of a wired and wireless solution. At the end, the energy management of the house was added, including recharging the electric car.
