Monitoring and management of PV plants
- Country CZ, Čermná nad Orlicí
- Build year 2025
- LOXONE partner Martin Kout

Challenge
The task was to effectively manage surplus consumption in two existing hot water heaters and, if necessary, charge an electric car.
Solution
The miniserver monitors the PV plant production and the house consumption via Modbus TCP. Using the Energy Manager block, the surplus electricity is used to heat hot water or charge an electric car.
A nice bonus for the customer was the ability to monitor the power plant status in real time and control it using the Loxone application.
