Energy management for central heat pump: heating and cooling the house, heating the pool when there is excess. Additional cooling via ceiling in the pool house. Outdoor shower which releases the water via floor grate - automatic awning control (retracts) for protection when using the shower, automatic light dimming in summer when doors and windows are open (insect protection), tree intercommunication between the main building and pool house
