Smart floor

It is about the renovation of a conventional pisco, with the intention of turning it into a smart home and thus reducing tasks and facilitating the day-to-day life of the elderly people who live there.

In the entrance closet, we installed a new panel to house the Loxone devices and from there wire up to lights, sensors, pushbuttons, etc. The lighting was modified with Loxone luminaires (RGBW strips in the living room, LED Spot WW and RGBW in bedrooms and hallways), we motorized the blinds and integrated them with Loxone so that they work automatically, thanks to the weather station, also installed. The bathrooms and kitchen have flood detectors, but there is also a smoke detector in the kitchen. The entire home has Touch Pure buttons, except in the rooms that also integrate the CO2 sensor, so that through the logic created, the system activates ventilation when the number of contaminated particles exceeds the value indicated in these rooms. We were able to program this thanks to what was the greatest satisfaction for us, and that is that we were able to integrate the same fan coil that the home had for more than 20 years, in Loxone. We did this thanks to two "nano 2 relay" that allowed us to connect, on the one hand, with the speeds of said machine and on the other, with the cold, heat and ventilation modes.
