Challenge

Pilot Plan for Managing Anomalous Events in a Church's Irrigation and Service Pump System for Loss Control. Real-time monitoring of valve status, flow rate, and power.
Configure parameters to indicate unusual conditions. For example, water consumption at 2:00 AM, or presence in the pump room in the early morning.

a) A cistern is supplied from the city's potable water service and passes through a consumption meter (m³). From there, it enters the storage well.

b) A solenoid valve (3/4") and a flow meter will be installed. A level gauge will be placed in the well.
c) Pressure and flow meter for 2 motor pumps. Three-phase power meter.
d) Presence sensor in the pump room and automatic light activation.
e) In the men's and women's restrooms, 2 presence sensors will be installed in each and 2 solenoid valves that control the water inlet. Flood sensors.

Solution

A Miniserver with presence sensors will be installed in the affected areas. Pressure and flow rates will be monitored, and the bathroom water valves will be controlled; when no one is present, they will turn off.

They were chosen for their after-sales service and the robustness of their equipment. Furthermore, they will be integrated into the church's overall smart system, including meeting room management, air conditioning control, and lighting. This will happen once the pilot program is approved.
