Passive House Las Moraditas

In this Passive House single-family home, the objective was to be able to control most of the home without having to use the classic system that we are used to and we have managed to automate 100 percent of the home. We have focused above all on lighting, since we have installed 95 percent of the lighting at 24 v adjustable, achieving significant energy savings,



Shading was also a strong factor thanks to the automation of awnings, blinds and blinds. We have also integrated an audio system that could not have been achieved thanks to LOXONE in all rooms of the home.



Both the video intercom, electric charger, pool filtering maneuvers, pool jets, pool lighting, automatic filling, irrigation, garage doors, sewage pumps, public water pump, all of this integrated into the same App and where the client can control and regulate schedules at all times.

Firstly, the complete mastery of lighting, both the regulation and color change of LED strips and RGB Spots and the automation of this lighting thanks to the presence sensors throughout the home.



The Loxone video intercom is also integrated with the lighting to know if guests are arriving and notify you with the blinking since the children are sleeping and the client can cancel the warning through the integrated speakers also in all rooms of the home.



We have also achieved shading thanks to loxone, where due to the orientation of the sun we have created automatic shading and thanks to the weather station we can collect the awnings automatically according to the speed of the wind.
