Challenge

A new, intelligent office was built for the company Parkett Aktion in the Tannheimer Tal in Tyrol. In the picturesque mountain panorama, not only was an attractive and smart workplace created, but the newly built private residential building was also networked with it at the same time. The project was implemented by Loxone partner Elektro Entstrasser and a mini server now controls the company's office as well as the private residential building.

Solution

Lighting, audio via audio server and stereo extensions as well as shading or air conditioning are intelligently automated in the office. The employees in the office benefit from the advantages of intelligent home and building automation. When entering the office, the lights and music come on - without the employees having to worry about it. Thanks to the large windows, there is enough sunlight in the office building. The lighting also works depending on daylight and switches on as soon as there is not enough natural light in the building.

The advantages of Loxone are also used in private homes. A special accent was set with the integrated touch surface in the worktop of the kitchen island. Lighting, music and shading can be operated here while cooking – even with wet or dirty hands.

The Loxone app plays a central role in control, since devices in the workshop, for example, can be unplugged and switched off immediately and easily. This also protects your own offspring from injury if they stray from the children's room into the workshop. In addition, smoke detectors throughout the building provide the necessary security.

Loxone partner Elektro Entstrasser has implemented an optimal separation of private and business areas by means of individual user administration, each with its own rights. For example, the management receives notifications from both areas when the doorbell rings via the intercom – however, the employees are only informed by the commercial area when they visit the intercom.

The door opens – lights and music come on and you just feel good.
