For ventilation, a double-flow VMF unit with an analog 0-10V input was used to control the speed of fans that were activated based on air quality, facilitated by the Room Comfort Sensors Tree variant. The access was controlled with an NFC Code Touch and an Intercom to answer the calls to the doorbell, from wherever it is necessary. In addition, the Audioserver with a Stereo Extension was used to control the background music for the two main rooms.
