Challenge
The construction company Plzeň deals with new construction mainly of low-energy and passive houses, design activities, roofs and so on. At the same time, Loxone is a Partner for smart electrical installation. She wanted to use Loxone in her own facilities as well.
Solution
In the building, automation takes care of 20 offices with facilities that are part of the storage hall. Loxone controls heating and air-conditioning depending on the requirements of individual offices. It controls the front window blinds, when securing the building EZS (electronic security signaling) works by connecting to motion sensors in the offices.
In addition, the lighting is automatically switched on with regard to the brightness in the offices and the audio is automatically started in each office. We also use Loxone to control garage doors to warehouses.
