NEUMAN EL headquarters

When constructing NEUMAN EL's new headquarters in Kuřim, Czech Republic, the main objective was to create convenient comfort on the premises for both the office and production areas. In addition, a showroom was to be realised, which is primarily aimed at the target group of commercial enterprises and industrial buildings.

The final solution includes three Miniservers. While one of the Miniservers controls the smart functions of the main building, another takes care of the separate elements in the boiler room, and the third Miniserver is responsible for the workshop. These Miniservers collectively take over the majority of the building management.



The following functions are controlled by Loxone:

- Lighting: use of DALI Extensions for lighting in all areas.

- Heating: communication with the heat pump via the Modbus Extension and independent control of the boiler room.

- Multimedia: audio for the office and the common areas through the Audioserver.

- Ventilation: control of the Atrea air conditioning system.

- Access: access to the building and to individual corridors is managed via the attached NFC Code Touch.

- Energy: energy measurement and integration with the PV system via Modbus Extensions.
