The customer wanted a comprehensive automation solution.
Solution
Through the thoughtful implementation of a holistically planned automation solution, a residential concept was realized that intelligently networks all areas.
The result is a home that elegantly combines comfort, energy efficiency, and aesthetic design.
At its heart is a sophisticated lighting concept that significantly contributes to the atmosphere. A total of 185 DALI luminaires, complemented by finely tuned LED light lines, allow for flexible staging of the rooms.
Color temperature and brightness can be individually adjusted to any situation, thus always creating the perfect ambiance. In combination with automated shading, intelligently controlled underfloor heating, and automatic sun protection, a pleasant and balanced indoor climate is created year-round.
A particular highlight is the fully automated pool area. All processes—from temperature control to water treatment—are centrally controlled, ensuring consistently high water quality with minimal effort. The seamlessly integrated sauna also offers an exclusive wellness experience where heat, light, and sound are perfectly coordinated.
... A zone-based audio system provides the perfect sound throughout the entire house. Each area can be individually controlled or combined to create a harmonious overall experience. At the same time, the system also handles security-related tasks by enabling targeted announcements and alarm signals in case of emergency.
The concept also excels in terms of security and energy efficiency: A keyless access system is complemented by comprehensive sensors that monitor all relevant parameters – from air quality in the fireplace area to the protection of sensitive objects via temperature and humidity sensors. The integrated energy management system coordinates the use of the home's photovoltaic system and intelligently distributes the generated energy to consumers and storage.
The operation of the entire system has been deliberately designed to be intuitive. Using an automation designer, individual scenarios and processes can be flexibly adapted at any time – without any programming knowledge.
