The name of the RELAX show home says it all. The prefabricated house manufacturer Weiss focused on relaxed and stylish living with a close connection to nature with this build. Numerous retreat options ensure a particularly high level of comfort. Furthermore, a major focus was placed on low energy consumption.



The RELAX show house in Fellbach can be visited from Wednesday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The RELAX show home is a real oasis of well-being in which the WEISS Home Solution was installed. This solution includes perfectly matched components. This show home is intended to show how energy-efficient, sustainable and smart modern prefabricated houses can be today. The smart home functions make a significant contribution to improving living comfort, as the Loxone system takes on various routine tasks. Lighting, shading, heating or energy management with a PV system and power storage can be operated from anywhere at any time via the Loxone app, if necessary. Basically, however, the smart home automatically provides the right lighting, temperature and more at all times. Access to the house, the security system and the multi-room audio system are also controlled with Loxone.
