Model house BUNGALOW

The model bungalow is pure luxury on one level. Equipped with Loxone Smart Home technology, the advantages of automation can be experienced on site in everyday life. The show house in Graz can be visited from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Loxone Smart Home with all its advantages was integrated into this museum house. The lighting works based on movement and time and switches on exactly where it is needed. The intelligent shading ensures that the rooms do not overheat in summer. In winter, the natural heat is used for heating in order to be able to save energy. Safety hasn't been neglected either - there is the option of simulating presence, for example when you're on holiday. Lighting and shading work exactly the same way, even though nobody is in the house. Thanks to the Loxone app, the house can also be monitored remotely at any time.
