Challenge
In the dental practice, we strive for maximum automation, so that all devices switch off and no lights remain on when they are not needed. In addition, a public address and music system will be implemented. A water trap will also be installed on the main meter to manage water consumption efficiently and detect any leaks quickly.
Solution
When entering the building, the alarm is turned off by the NFC, the lighting and music are turned on in the rooms by Presence Sensors.
In the meantime, the water valve opens again and all devices start up one by one. And the heating returns to comfort mode. When the patients enter one of the 6 treatment rooms where the dentist helps them the TTS will sound the message: assistance requested for room 2. Around noon, the sun blinds will automatically be lowered. After a working day, the alarm is switched on again and the devices all switch off again, except for the 2 thermal disinfectors, which continue to run their program, after which they also shut off together with the water valve so that no consumers are left on and no leaks can occur.

The customer's request and vision are in line with our vision, which means we have been able to turn it into a very beautiful project. In addition to Loxone, we were also able to install the ventilation and heat pump here. We recently added air conditioning and solar panels. And replace the music server with the Audioserver. The next step will be EMS.
