Modern Barn

The goal of the project was to create a modern, smart home that provides residents with maximum comfort, safety, and energy efficiency, while simultaneously reducing the number of traditional wall switches.



The project included full building automation – from controlling 40 DALI luminaires with advanced lighting scenes, through climate and energy management, to access control and security systems. The entire project was designed to allow the home to "operate autonomously," responding to occupant presence, time of day, and external conditions.

• Automatic lighting throughout the building

Intelligent DALI lighting control with the ability to create lighting scenes tailored to the time of day, household activity, and the amount of natural light.

• External blind control

Fully automated shading – protecting the building from overheating in the summer, ensuring privacy after dark, and optimally utilizing daylight.

• Comfort and climate

Integration of the heating and heat recovery system, ensuring constant thermal comfort and high air quality with minimal energy consumption.

• 3 modern bathrooms

Automatic lighting, decorative lighting, and intelligent ventilation control, adapted to humidity and occupant presence.

• Loxone access control

Three NFC-enabled Touch keypads enable keyless entry to the building, opening the garage door, and disarming the alarm with a single touch.

• Security systems

Integration of opening, presence, smoke, and flood sensors – complete home protection and instant notifications via the app.



• Loxone Central Control Cabinet

Miniserver, Relay Extension, Dimmer Extension, and Audio Server – the heart of the entire system, ensuring the stability and reliability of the installation.

• App Control

Full home control from smartphones and tablets – pre-set Home/Away/Night modes, alarm, lighting, and climate control with a single click.

• Design and Ergonomics

Elegant Loxone Touch buttons, perfectly suited to modern interior design.

• Intercom

Intercom system connected to a keypad, allowing you to select one of two apartments.

• Control Tablets

Two tablets mounted in the entrance area as the main home management centers and video intercoms.
