Bring atmosphere into rooms with colours

The owners of this new building wanted to bring more atmosphere into the individual rooms with colours. This smart home solution was easily realised with Loxone. Ventilation control with air exchange was also realised.

Loxone controls the lighting in this house. This ensures that all rooms are perfectly illuminated and a pleasant lighting mood prevails at all times. The Presence Sensors recognise as soon as the room is entered and the lighting then switches on. Using the Loxone App, owners can easily add further lighting scenes at any time. Ventilation control with window monitoring has also been realised. The air exchange is only triggered when at least one window is fully open or two windows are tilted to prevent negative pressure.
