Apartment building

Our apartment building was built as an innovative PlusEnergy house and sets new standards in sustainable living space design. We are particularly proud to offer one of the first tenant flats in Emmendingen. This concept enables residents to benefit from efficient energy use while at the same time assuming ecological responsibility. With state-of-the-art technology and sophisticated design, the project combines climate protection with living comfort and opens up new avenues for future-oriented construction.

The entire house was fully equipped with Loxone technology, which meant that all other control systems could be dispensed with. Thanks to this comprehensive integration, the building is 100% controlled by Loxone and thus offers an innovative and efficient solution for the entire building technology.
