The complete renovation of a single-family home in Meerbusch presented the challenge of fulfilling the client's individual requirements for a holistic automation solution. Various systems such as lighting, shading, air conditioning, sound systems, security, and access control were to be seamlessly integrated and networked to ensure a high level of comfort and efficiency.

A comprehensive automation solution was implemented through the installation of an intelligent Loxone system. The lighting includes dimmable DALI lights and RGBW spotlights that can be adjusted to suit mood and needs. Automated shading elements and intelligent climate control through underfloor heating and a ventilation system ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The speakers are hidden outside, ensuring optimal sound coverage for each zone. The networking of all systems enables central control via the Miniserver, while security features and access controls provide additional protection. Sophisticated energy management optimizes energy consumption, and the sauna was integrated into the automation system to maximize comfort.
