Farmhouse in the Luberon

To automate the entirety of a magnificent stone farmhouse and its annexes currently being renovated, ensuring total control for optimum comfort and security. This project includes the management of lighting, heating, multi-room audio, alarm, access, swimming pool, garage and garden. A major challenge was to adapt to a construction site that was already well advanced, with electrical conduits in place that were not initially planned for home automation.

To overcome the constraints of a project already underway, we integrated a mix of technologies, combining Bus Link, Bus Tree, IP and Loxone Air protocols. This approach allowed us to connect various equipment, creating a seamless and intuitive experience. Among the unique elements of this project, the automation of a car lift for the garage, as well as the creation of personalized arrival and departure scenarios managing the alarm and lighting. In addition, intelligent weather-based scenarios control the watering and pool equipment to maximize efficiency and comfort.
