The aim of the project was to fully automate the building for rent - including making it secure.

The project included control of lighting and socket circuits, an access control alarm system for guests divided into access zones, a leak warning system and a fire warning system. A Loxone zone sound system was installed for the premises with system notifications and the ability to listen to music. The system monitors the opening status of doors and windows, transmitting information to the alarm and heating systems. Heating and recuperation control is installed. The system also manages the sauna and jacuzzi. After receiving information from the cameras, it brightens the outside lights on the plot when needed. The system provides remote access to all building functions. It also has the ability to assign access codes to customers renting the premises for a specific period of time.
