Challenge
Create smart home solutions in 117 apartments. The task includes implementing heating, cooling, and ventilation control and monitoring systems, integrating an intercom for communication with visitors, and collecting data from approximately 400 m-bus meters. Additionally, the solution should include BMS, garage gate control, and monitoring.
Solution
We needed the following items for the project:
- 120 units of Miniserver
- 117 units of 1-wire Extensions
- Over 1000 units of 1-wire Sensors
- 117 units of CO2 sensors
- 4 units of 2N Verso IP Intercom
- 2 units of M-Bus Gateway for 256 M-Bus meters
- 117 units of Loxone iPad Mount + iPad 10.2"
